Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

เรื่องของการทำ Material Requirements Planning (MRP) หรือการวางแผนวัตถุดิบ ไม่ว่าใช้ในด้านการขาย การผลิตสินค้า นั้นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญของธุรกิจหลายประเภทไม่ว่าจะซื้อมาขายไป หรือว่า เป็นพวกผลิตเพื่อขาย

เพื่อให้เห็นภาพในการทำธุรกิจ พวกสินค้าคงคลังนั้น ต้องมีน้อยที่สุด แต่ต้องมีมีน้อยที่สุดเท่ากับเพื่อให้ผลิต หรือ เพื่อขายเท่านั้น  เพราะการจัดการ สินค้าคงคลังถือเป็นต้นทุน การซื้อสินค้าก็มีต้นทุน เพื่อทำให้ต้นทุนเหมาะสมที่สุดกับการผลิต ต้องมี Material Requirements Planning (MRP) หรือการวางแผนวัตถุดิบ เพื่อจัดการต้นทุนที่ดี

แต่ถ้าสินค้าคงคลังไม่มีเลย ก็เป็นปัญหาอีก เพราะไม่สามารถผลิตได้และทำให้ต้นทุนการผลิตสูงขึ้น ทั้งด้านเวลา และ ต้นทุนเงิน ทำให้มีแนวคิดเรื่องการวางแผนจัดการกับวัตถุดิบขึ้น จึงมีการสร้างแนวคิดของ Material Requirements Planning (MRP) เพื่อจัดการวางแผนวัตถุดิบ

ซึ่่งถ้าเราทำการวางแผนได้ ก็จะทำให้สินค้าคงคลังและคลังสินค้า ไม่ต้องการเป็นต้นทุน

โดย MRP นั้น เป็นระบบที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรม

 Material Requirements Planning (MRP) คือ ระบบจัดการคลังสินค้าที่ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อจัดการสินค้าในตารางเวลาและตามคำสั่งซื้อตามความต้องการ โดยความต้องการของคือองค์ประกอบของสินค้า เช่น วัตถุดิบ ส่วนประกอบ เป็นต้น

ช่วงนี้ได้โอกาศได้ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการ คลังสินค้า เลยได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้ามาก ซึ่งทำให้ผมต้องทำการหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้ามากขึ้น โดยบทความนี้คือเรื่อง Stock ledger ผมก็ยังหาภาษาไทยไมได้เหมือนกันครับว่าใช้คำว่าอะไร

Stock ledger ในความเข้าใจผม คือ การบันทึกธุรกรรมในคลังสินค้าว่ามีสิ่งในเข้าออกบ้าง
